Documents needed for a individual application
- ID
- Drivers License
- Proof of income
- Latest payslip if client only earns a basic salary
- 3 Months latest payslips if client earns commission, overtime or allowances
- 3 Months latest bank statements if client is self-employed or a contractor
- Proof of residence (not older than 3 months)
- Completed individual application
Please note that no application can be submitted without ALL the above documents.
Documents needed for a business application
Business:
- CC Docs/ REGISTRATION DOCUMENTATION
- Share Certificate
- Latest financial statements
- 6 Months Bank statements (no internet statements)
- Proof of residence (not older than 3 months)
- Signed Juristic application
- Signed private application form for each member /director
PLEASE SUPPLY THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION:
- Completed business application for the CC
- Completed Personal application for each CC member
- Identity document copy of each member
- Drivers license of each member
- CK 1 & CK 2 (Founding statements)
- Proof of address of each member
- Proof of address of the business
FINANCIALS:
- 6 Months bank statements for business AND or sign IDX consent (not working for FNB)
- Latest signed audited Financials
Additional Documents needed for PTY (LTD):
- Certificate of Incorporation
- Article of Association
- Certificate to commence business
- Memorandum of association
- Share Certificate

Documents needed for a non SA citizen application
- ID / Passport
- Drivers License
- Proof of income
- Latest payslip (3 months )
- 3 Months bank statements
- Proof of residence (not older than 3 months)+ Lease agreement
- Work Permit- Very important
- Full employment contract
- Completed individual application

Additional Information:
- When requesting a quotation please supply trade-in details (If applicable)
- In some cases 3 months bank statements might be necessary
- When taking delivery of the vehicle please provide all the above mentioned documents with proof of insurance (Finance and Insurance can assist if needed)
